How long does shipping take?
Due to high demand, we have a processing time of 3-7 days. Once the order has been successfully processed, we ship the package, which corresponds to a delivery time of 15-21 business days.
I only received part of my order – what now?
Don't worry! To optimize delivery times, we sometimes ship items separately, especially if they come from different warehouse locations. The rest of your order will arrive shortly.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your shipment at any time via our tracking area or directly through the shipping provider.
Are there additional costs such as customs duties?
In most cases, no additional fees apply. However, in rare cases, customs or import fees may be charged upon import into your country. These are the customer's responsibility.

We offer an exchange within 30 days of receipt , provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Please contact us in advance so we can initiate the exchange process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Why does shipping take longer than at other shops?

How can I return an item?
